Welcome to our web site!
Inky Fingers has been in business as a rubber stamping and scrapbooking store since 2004 and we pride ourselves on providing customers with outstanding service.  We offer a full range of rubber stamps and inks, scrapbooking papers, embellishments, adhesives, tools and other supplies.  We are always on the lookout for new stamping and scrapbooking materials and techniques not found in chain stores. Both novice and experienced paper crafters enjoy an ever changing roster of scrapbooking and stamping classes.  Our store is a friendly place to stop in, chat and maybe experiment with a new product.  Doris is usually on hand to help customers with ideas, techniques and new ways to express their creativity!

Where to find us
We are located in the historic area of Little Falls, NY.   Follow the signs from Thruway exit 29A to Canal Place and look for the Antique Center and The Shops at 25 West in the old building with the big yellow banners.  Inky Fingers is located on the second floor.  In addition to our store, there are many antique dealers and crafters displaying their wares and several great little restaurants within walking distance.

Snow, snow go away
I am very tired of the white stuff. The only good part of snow is that you get to stay inside and create stuff...that's if you don't have to go to work. Well, I'm beginning to get new things in...it feels like Christmas. (except, unfortunately Santa didn't bring them) At any rate I'm having fun looking at catalogues and ordering things.

Filling in the holes
Well, the sale has provided a chance to rearrange things and fill in blank spaces. I still have so many great things to tempt everyone. One more week to go before the end of the sale. I hope I get to see more people before it's over. In the process of hole filling I've discovered some stamps I haven't used in a while. I've fallen back in love with a floral background...oh my it's a beauty. I'm using it for my ATC for next month's exchange.  While I was rearranging I noticed that I still have some Art Institute glitter left. I can't believe it's still there. Today I'm finishing my ATCs and then on to the shoe box project. I just love making stuff.

Stamp Club Whew!
Well, last night's stamp club was kind of wild and wooly...14 members, two tables, Pearl Ex everywhere. We exchanged ATC's, the theme was hearts. I was so pleased with all of these little works of art. Our collection is becoming larger and larger. Next months theme is Easter. I can't wait to see what everyone creates. We also brought some projects from home so we could get some ideas for our own projects. Once again...great stuff! Then the fun began...playing with Pearl Ex. What a great medium.  Next Club meets on St. Patty's day. We'll be doing shoe box projects for 8.

I had a great day

I had a great day today. It was one of those days when everything I tried just didn't work very well, but Linda Fox came in and saved the day. Despite my ineptitude we sat and talked and exchanged ideas. We also just gabbed about our families and life in general. It was great. One of the things I like best about owning the store is the people I get a chance to meet and become friends with. Mary  sent me info on Paper Folding, Bonnie let me borrow a great book on paper crafting.  I just want all of you to know how much I enjoy seeing you come in. Who knew that opening this little store would provide me with so many new friends?

Oh what fun
Oh boy, you know when you haven't used a medium in a while and then you get back to it...well, today was pearlex day. I had so much fun playing with it, making backgrounds, using pearlex, pigment refills and Utee. There are so many techniques just waiting to be tried. Barb, Lillian, Bonnie and I planned our March classes and I think you'll like the variety we've got planned. I'll e-mail them as soon as I get the newsletter set. I guess there have been some questions about the 40% off storewide sale. No I'm not planning on closing...I simply am trying to amass more funds to buy new papers, doo dads, stamps, etc. and make room for them. So come on in and enjoy the sale.

Rain, rain go away
Whew, what a day for staying in...that's if you could. I spent the day trolling the network and planning some classes. Just in case you don't know already, I thought I'd better include the big, and I mean big news, about Inky Fingers clearance sale. Everything in the store is 40% off all month long. So, if there are any stamps, inks, cutters, papers, doodads etc. that you've had your eye on now is the time. I will not be restocking any items this month so if it's gone it's gone. I know I've kind of lost my mind, but I'm trying to clear out the old and get lots of new things in.
